Please note: The „Workshop: Working in International Teams” course and “Business English Coaching” is delivered entirely in English and requires a B1 language level. (B2 for "Intercultural Training"). This means that you are generally able to converse in English, express your opinions and make yourself understood. You can change your booking once, free of charge, up to 21 days before the event starts. Simply send us an email – we will confirm your change as soon as possible.

You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before the course starts. Alternatively, you can rebook for a different date within the same period. If you cancel with under two weeks notice, 50% of the fees will be payable.

After the event, you will receive an invoice, which you can settle by bank transfer. For multi-part events, payment in instalments is possible – this must be agreed in advance by contract.

Requirements

To take part in a course taught in English language, you should have at least a B1/B2 level depending on the course. This means that you are generally able to hold a conversation in English, express your opinions and make yourself understood. You can find further information here. Please also note the information regarding language requirements listed under each individual course

The course is open to both beginners and experienced trainers. However, beginners should have a course that you already intend to deliver as a practical basis for the training.

You will need a laptop or PC with a microphone and camera. Please install Zoom in advance and check before our meeting that the audio and video are working properly. Smartphones and tablets are not suitable.

Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a high proportion of practical exercises and in-depth discussions.

The events usually take place on premises provided by the client.

These events usually take place from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, including a one-hour lunch break and two coffee breaks.
