Please note: The „Workshop: Working in International Teams” course and “Business English Coaching” is delivered entirely in English and requires a B1 language level.     During a workshop, you will work with the other participants to develop outcomes on various topics. The focus is on creativity, discussion and active participation.

    A crash course provides you with concise knowledge in a short period of time. Ideal for gaining a quick overview or finding a solution that you can put into practice straight away.

  • Our events are suitable for all sectors. At the same time, we will provide you with suggestions on how to tailor your sector-specific content to your needs, taking cultural differences into account.

  • My services are characterised by a strong practical focus, numerous examples that can be applied directly, and in-depth knowledge gained from many years of experience in the business and academic sectors. In an open and supportive atmosphere, learning is a real pleasure and what you learn sticks – resulting in clear learning success!

Registration & Appointment

  • Please get in touch via the contact form or directly book a no-obligation 20-minute introductory meeting . We can find out together whether and how working together would be beneficial for you.

  • You can change your booking once, free of charge, up to 21 days before the event starts. Simply send us an email – we will confirm your change as soon as possible.

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before the course starts. Alternatively, you can rebook for a different date within the same period. If you cancel with under two weeks notice, 50% of the fees will be payable.

Prices & Payment

  • After the event, you will receive an invoice, which you can settle by bank transfer. For multi-part events, payment in instalments is possible – this must be agreed in advance by contract.

  • We offer attractive discounts on multiple bookings. Please feel free to ask us about them.

  • Of course. Simply send us your enquiry via the contact form – we will send you a personalised quote for your internal review and approval.

Requirements

  • To take part in a course taught in English language, you should have at least a B1/B2 level depending on the course. This means that you are generally able to hold a conversation in English, express your opinions and make yourself understood. You can find further information here. Please also note the information regarding language requirements listed under each individual course

  • The course is open to both beginners and experienced trainers. However, beginners should have a course that you already intend to deliver as a practical basis for the training.

  • You will need a laptop or PC with a microphone and camera. Please install Zoom in advance and check before our meeting that the audio and video are working properly. Smartphones and tablets are not suitable.

Schedule & Organisation

  • Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a high proportion of practical exercises and in-depth discussions.

  • The events usually take place on premises provided by the client.

  • These events usually take place from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, including a one-hour lunch break and two coffee breaks.
